MY GREAT-NEPHEW, LANDYN!

THIS IS MY GREAT-NEPHEW, LANDYN. HE IS MY SISTER'S DAUGHTER'S SON.  HE IS 9 YEARS OLD AND ALL BOY.   HE AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER, MADISON GO TO THE SAME SCHOOL & SHE IS ALWAYS TELLING ME THAT THE GIRLS WON'T LEAVE HIM ALONE BECAUSE THEY ALL LIKE HIM!! LOL KIDS START LIKING EACH OTHER VERY EARLY THESE DAYS.  ANYWAY, LANDYN LOVES TO FISH, HUNT AND PLAY SPORTS.  HE IS ALL BOY. THIS IS HIM IN HIS KAYAK IN OUR LAKE BEHIND OUR HOUSE. HE IS SO CUTE WITH HIS BLONDE HAIR AND BLUE EYES!

http://glitterandroses.blogspot.com/  sent to me!  Like I said, she really spoiled me!!!  Our baskets were made of yogurt cups! Who would have ever guessed!!! The basket Ginger made is so gorgeous! Here is a close-up of the cameo(how perfect was that!!!) & the pink roses she used to embellish the tiny basket with! It is just perfect & I really adore it!!

Isn't it divine! Ginger knew I collected them & sent this gorgeous hanky holder!!! It is absolutely gorgeous & I adore it, Ginger! Thank you sooooo much, sweet lady! You really put a lot of thought into this and I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! Here are  more treasures she spoiled me with: spools of ribbons, a small beautifully embellished ledger file & matchbox(I love them both!), a tiny chick cookie cutter, a sweet little decorated nut cup, tea bags, an Easter bucket with pretty things to decorate it with, a gorgeous Easter card, Bunny tissues & Easter napkins....just way too many pretties!!

Thanks so much Ginger for all the treasures! Oh & btw, everyone the beautiful covered matchbox is full of cameos, ribbons, aqua beads and other sweet embellishments!! Ginger, I could not have asked for a more perfect partner!!

This year is just flying by, isn't it? I love the spring when all the flowers are waking up & showing their pretty little faces.

There is a tiny, little bunny that I see playing in my front yard sometimes. I have tried to take his picture but he is so scared & when he catches me with my camera, he quickly hops away to safety. I leave lettuce and carrots out for him & it is always gone the next day. I don't know if it is him eating it or the deer that frequent our yard. I always wonder where his mommy is & why he is alone....kind of sad, isn't it? If he only knew that I would love him & feed him & take care of him......but that's not the way God made him & there is no way he could know that so I made this little collage of Easter and spring pictures in his honor.

Also, in case you have noticed that I have been missing in action...I have had bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection for 5 weeks now. I am finally feeling better but still have a terrible cough. I am doing great, though and am happy for all God's blessings.
